Entrepreneur and cross-border strategist with nearly two decades of India–Australia engagement, building partnerships across investment, healthcare, infrastructure, resources, sports and entertainment. Founder of IndOz Capital and Group Managing Director of MedAchievers Group.
John Cotter
Strategic Partner — Mining & Resources, Australia
Australian infrastructure and resources leader with over two decades of experience delivering major projects. As Managing Director and founding investor of North West Phosphate, John brings deep expertise across mining, infrastructure, regional development and strategic supply chains, strengthening IndOz Capital’s capability in critical minerals and Australia–India resource partnerships.
Nitin Gupta
Partner – Technology & Global Investments
Nitin Gupta is a serial technology entrepreneur, IIT Gold Medalist, and global business leader with extensive experience across the US, UK, and India. He founded OnGraph Technologies in 2007, building it into a global AI and technology company serving over 500 clients.
He has successfully exited an ecommerce venture, raised global venture capital, and scaled a social commerce platform to over 20 million customers. His expertise spans AI, technology strategy, and global investments.
Mukund Kumar
CFO & Strategic Finance Advisor
Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience across M&A, FDI, business structuring, valuation and corporate finance. As CFO and independent financial advisor to MedAchievers Group, Mukund brings deep expertise in cross-border transactions, investment structuring and negotiating complex business deals.
